I am passionate about coaching pre-teen/teen girls who are struggling with body image, self-worth and confidence as their bodies are going through puberty and dealing with the social anxiety that comes with this phase of life. Many girls struggle with the transitions from elementary to middle school and middle to high school, changes in friend groups, feelings of rejection and not belonging, not to mention the emotional and physical changes. Parents, have you ever noticed when your child seems withdrawn or not her usual self, but won't tell you what's wrong? This is where I come in. Sometimes it just takes a neutral party to create a safe space for kids to let it all go. I will love, support and offer tools to help you daughter become her biggest cheerleader.
