About Veni

You don't have to have a perfect life to help someone find their way.

And I certainly don't.

I come from a humble family in Indonesia. My life has taken me through career success and disappointment, love and heartbreak, motherhood, entrepreneurship, international moves, starting over and finding myself again in unfamiliar places.

I've made mistakes.

I've chosen the wrong things sometimes.

I've experienced rejection.

I've had relationships that didn't work.

I've had moments when I wasn't sure what I was doing with my life.

And I've started again.

Today, I have more than 20 years of professional experience behind me, including senior roles in business development, sales, partnerships and financial services. I've worked with CEOs and founders, built businesses, worked in recruitment and education, and rebuilt my own career after moving to another country.

But the thing I value most from all those experiences isn't a title.

It's perspective.

I've learned that when life feels complicated, people don't always need someone to tell them what to do.

Sometimes they need someone who will truly listen.

Someone who won't judge.

Someone who can ask the question you haven't asked yourself.

Someone who can help you look at the same situation from another angle.

That's the kind of coach I want to be.

I work with people who are:

• Feeling stuck or uncertain about what comes next
• Going through a career change or major life transition
• Struggling with confidence or self-doubt
• Recovering from disappointment or rejection
• Navigating dating or relationship questions
• Trying to understand what they really want
• Starting over after a major change
• Simply needing a safe, honest conversation with someone outside their usual circle

My coaching is warm, conversational and practical.

I won't pretend to have a magic formula for life. I won't tell you that there is one “right” way to live.

Instead, I'll help you slow down, sort through the noise, understand what matters to you, and find a direction that feels right for your own life.

Because sometimes we already know the answer somewhere inside us.

We just need a little space — and the right person to help us find it.

I've been through enough chapters of my own life to know that one difficult chapter doesn't define the whole story.

You can change direction. You can start again. And it's never too late for a new chapter.

If you're at a crossroads, let's talk.
