About Elena

Do you live in a state of constant stress and feel that you just cannot take it any longer? Or do you struggle to make decisions and feel stuck?

You may have already tried various things, but nothing seems to work. You keep wondering, “What is wrong with me?” But perhaps there is nothing wrong with you.

The patterns you notice may be adaptations you learned earlier in life to help you cope and get through difficult experiences. Later, they can start interfering with your life, especially when additional stressors accumulate over time. The question then is not how to fix you, but how to reconnect with your inner world and your body, so that you no longer need these adaptations in the same way and can become more present in your life.

I am a trauma-informed life coach, certified in neuro-linguistic programming and hypnosis. Over time, I have become increasingly interested in body-oriented approaches and am currently expanding my training in Somatic Experiencing and TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises).

My clients come from many different walks of life. Some are going through major life transitions, including relocation or changes in identity. Others may be living in, or leaving, difficult, toxic or abusive environments or relationships. I also help clients develop greater awareness of their nervous system and build an individual toolkit for self-regulation and resilience.

I offer a free introductory call where you can learn more about my approach and we can explore whether we are a good match. You can find the booking link on my website.
