About Mary
I believe we all deserve a big life and are capable of building the best life for ourselves. When coaching my clients, I provide a safe, comfortable place to explore their innermost dreams. We then work together to go after everything they desire, with power and courage, to reclaim their extraordinary lives.
I've been there. I experienced hardship and pain, built a successful career and family as the world's biggest pleaser, and was not happy. My beloved husband died from an overdose and knocked me off my feet. I was reminded that life was short and I deserved to be happy. So, I found a coach and built a big beautiful, evolving, happy life. I can help you do the same.
I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), the most extensive global experiential coach training and leadership development organization. I am also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Certified End of Life Coach (CEOL) through Coaching at End of Life.
I completed the Positive Intelligence program, through Shirzad Charmin, in July 2020.
After 16 years, I retired as the Director of Benefits for Stryker, leading the benefits team that took care of 18,000+ U.S. employees. I was responsible for overseeing employee benefit programs, including health, welfare, and well-being for the U.S. and employees on assignment.
As a former corporate executive, truthful widow, imperfect mom, empathic caregiver, and coach, I can help.
