About Sally
As a clinical psychologist, I have 18 years experience working with aging parents and their families as well as busy professionals whose lives are out of balance for a variety of reasons. My MISSION is to provide a roadmap of care for families of elders who have mental or health problems lessening your stress and anxiety. For busy professionals, my program Be your Best Coach Blueprint and the Virtual Toolbox has helped my clients get off the hamster wheel and enjoy the Ease and Joy of life again.
