About Naima
Do any of these sound like you?
• I’m successful but exhausted from managing my life.
• No matter how hard I try, things keep falling apart at work, at home, everywhere.
• I know what I want, but I can’t make myself move.
• I replay small moments long after everyone else has moved on.
• I believe I have ADHD, and I don’t know what to do with that.
If something resonates, know that you don’t have to navigate it alone. Let’s talk.
I’m Naima, founder of Bounce Forward Coaching and a graduate of ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), and working towards ICF and PAAC credentials. I coach adults with ADHD, adults who think they might have it, and people supporting someone who does. You don’t need a diagnosis, just a willingness to try something new. I don’t diagnose ADHD, but I can help you figure out next steps.
How I work: We start with your strengths. Together we build systems, boundaries, and strategies that fit how your brain works, and routines that survive a real week.
What we might work on:
• Starting and following through: procrastination, distraction, boredom
• Overwhelm at work and in life: time management, executive function, work challenges, life transitions
• How you treat yourself and others: negative self-talk, self-advocacy, showing up for the people you love
What to expect:
We start with a free 30-minute discovery call with no commitment. If we decide to work together, 1:1 coaching sessions are 50 minutes. New clients who find me on CoachCompare get an introductory rate of $75 per session for their first 3 sessions.
Coaching is a partnership focused on action and self-awareness. It’s not therapy or medical care.
