I am a collaborative coach who can help you consider what is possible in the future. I help you discern and develop strategies for how to get there. I draw energy from what we envision as possible together and then direct that energy toward helping you reach that vision.

My leadership and development skills are the result of 26 years of leadership in the military and non-profit environments. I am a collaborative coach and manager. My work building leaders and teams has led to exceptional results and growth through challenges and change. I have led Special Operations, conventional military, and civilian teams and “teams of teams” through intensive training, high-risk deployments, and sensitive low-profile missions. I focus on growing leaders who have a “leader-coach” mindset and who can intentionally and authentically lead, develop, and care for their people. I will help you bring your leadership abilities, and your teams, to new levels of satisfaction and performance.
