I’m Jennie Hays, the Execution Block Specialist, a Brainspotting Practitioner, and business coach for coaches, consultants, and service-based entrepreneurs.

I work with capable business owners who already know a lot about what they “should” be doing, but aren't consistently following through on the strategies they understand.

The first question isn't automatically, “What's wrong with my mindset?”

Sometimes the strategy doesn't fit. Sometimes the plan isn't clear enough to execute. Sometimes the structure, timing, cadence, or expectations are the problem. And sometimes there is a genuine execution block getting in the way.

I use my SCAN framework to identify where execution is actually breaking down: Strategy, Clarity, Alignment, or Now What.

When there is an execution block, I combine practical business coaching with rapid block resolution, including Brainspotting when appropriate. We may work with patterns such as perfectionism, overwhelm, analysis paralysis, functional freeze, productive procrastination, imposter syndrome, or self-sabotage.

The goal isn't endless processing or collecting more strategies. It's figuring out what is actually stopping execution and creating a practical path to follow-through.
