I am a board-certified health coach, and stress expert, dual-trained at Duke Integrative Medicine and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, who helps ambitious professionals beat exhaustion and burnout, and get their spark, energy, and joy back! (Without sacrificing their career.)

Driven by my own previous experience of hitting (and recovering from) burnout, I'm fiercely passionate as a stress management coach about helping others find a healthier work-life balance.
