About Megan
The role of Second In Command can be challenging, misunderstood, and isolating. There are no magazines dedicated to the Chief Operating Officer. There are no professional organizations to join or "best practices" to pull from. Each COO job is completely different, and solely based on the strengths, weaknesses, and individual needs of the CEO. Because of this, there are few (if any) Executive Coaches that specialize in the COO. When there are, it's typically through the lens of how you can be a better partner for your CEO, rather than how you can reach your own goals.
I understand, because I’m an experienced Second-In-Command & COO from a $10 million entrepreneurial company.
