About Amy Kisei

I see being human as a process towards wholeness, self-discovery and awakening.

Though we are always changing, sometimes we feel stuck. Stuck in habits that seem to cause harm to ourselves and others, stuck in limiting beliefs, emotional reactivity, worthlessness, fear and shame, stuck in resistance, grief or pain. Since our nature is to flow and evolveā€“I can help you reconnect with the creativity, joy and love that is at the core of who you are.

I have a deep love and appreciation for the human process. I trained for over a decade as a Zen Buddhist monk and blend this training of Buddhist Psychology and Deep Presence, with the somatic-psychological modalities of Hakomi, Parts-Work, Internal Family Systems, Process Work and Dream Work. I help you bring presence and understanding to inner conflict, transform fixed beliefs and discover the healing of deep self-acceptance, awareness and love.
