My name is Jake, and I have been providing mental health/life coaching for about 3 years. I am very passionate about my work as I believe everyone should be able to get support with everyday challenges such as grief, anxiety, and anger management, for affordable prices. The process will start with an interview or get to know each other session. Then, we will go over a plan of what future sessions will look like.
