I call myself a Reality Check Wizard. Okay, I just made that up, but it's true. Many of my clients need a reality check, and I'm here to provide it.

My clients come to me feeling confused, lost, and desperate to figure out what went wrong in their relationships. And I'm here to help them see that their partner, friend, parent, or coworker has narcissistic tendencies and they should probably ... well, RUN.

But first we examine the situation. I keep an open mind. I hear you out, and support you to feel better - whatever that ends up looking like. Sometimes that means we develop boundaries that allow you to stay in touch with your mother, but not be triggered by her on a daily basis, for example.

Most of all, I will help you reclaim your identity (narcs tend to pilfer those first chance they get), keep yourself safe, and calm down that nervous system so you can see clearly again, and stop waiting for the other shoe to drop all damn day.

I don't have "proven formulas," or prescriptive packages. Everything I offer you is created with you to help your particular circumstance.
