Hey, I’m Rebecca (she/her), Founder of Crescent Coaching. 👋

After ten years as a marketing leader in tech, I reached a point where I had built a career that looked successful on the outside, but inside, I felt overworked, exhausted, and disconnected from what really mattered to me.

I knew I couldn’t keep going the way I was. So I slowed down, received a lot of support, and started rebuilding from the inside out. My definition of success shifted, I got clear on what I value, reclaimed my energy, and designed a career that felt aligned with who I am and what I care about.

Today, as a Certified Holistic Career & Purpose Coach, I help high-achieving women who are ready to thrive in their careers, and stop just surviving them. Together, we design a purposeful, sustainable career path that feels energizing, authentic, and aligned for you.
