Hi, I am Lila,

Before working as a Life Coach, I travelled and worked in various European countries. My experiences are very diverse, multicultural and international, and my central studies are in Life Coaching, Psychology, Culture, Language and Identity, Personal Development and Relationships.

I have been working as a Life Coach since 2020 in areas such as Career, Relationships, Purpose, Spirituality, Intercultural Relationships, Dating, Debt Management, and Work/Life balance. Overall, I possess some 17 years of experience in helping people with their traumas and emotional issues. Once these are mastered, it often becomes easy to achieve your goals quickly. I am trained and experienced in both Life Coaching and Psychotherapy.
