I am a Self-Intimacy and Sex Coach with a Masters degree in Educational Psychology and specialty study in human sexuality. What do I mean by "Self-Intimacy"? I work with individuals to identify and achieve their pleasure and sex goals, overcome short term or lifelong barriers, and deepen their relationship with themselves; body and mind. I don't just talk about struggles with desire, body comfort, intimacy, self-worth, and sex - I've lived them too! I know the struggles of losing yourself, losing your way and losing your sex drive. Let me help you get back in your body and feeling PLEASURE.

I've worked with women and femmes with all kinds of relationships and identities -married, divorced, single, ENM, straight, autistic, queer, transgender, cisgender and "I don't even know anymore!" to shift their mindsets, explore their desires and confidently advocate for the sex life they dream of.

My coaching approach is rooted in empathy, reflection, compassion, and play. I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to explore their sexuality and self, and that it doesn't have to feel daunting - it can be fun too! You will leave our sessions with next steps and immediate takeaways in an action plan that REALLY WORKS for you.
