I am a CERTIFIED LIFE COACH trained in cognitive behaviour coaching principles and positive psychology - techniques, concepts and tools I share with my clients.

But even more importantly, I’m a student of the power of coaching. I invest in coaching, supervision and mentoring, I work with my own life coach and I positive psychology tools in my life every single day.

I am Kenyan and live/work from Dreamy Haarlem in the Netherlands. I am a mummy of two, a wife and after spending the last 18 months working to support women to plan for and achieve their goals. I feel my most fulfilled working with my amazing clients to showing up, taking space and living life intentionally
