My career spans over 20 years in South Africa's major corporates, across various industries. My professional experience in the different disciplines of Human Capital management (Talent Management, Learning and Development, Organisation Effectiveness, Change Management and Employee engagement) provided a spring-board for a unique and holistic approach to Coaching, which makes me relatable to my clients due to my understanding of their context.

The clients I work with are phenomenal and exceptionally talented women in their own right, who may at a point in time need an objective perspective and a nudge to shift to the next level of greatness.
