Hi - I am Lindsay.

I am a qualified Co-Active Coach passionate about everyone living a big, fulfilled life. I specifically, supporting people to ask for more, make a brave step, figure out their path forward, find a more authentic leadership style... The list goes on! Put simply, coaching is powerful for every person who wants to do more of something, or less of something :) I work with people who are ready to take control in their life. My job is to harness this moment of change and equip you with the tools and fuel to thrive.

My goal as a coach is to make challenging topics feel less daunting, by creating a safe environment for playful exploration. Like every child in a playground, adults too deserve a safe space to explore, learn and play. In coaching sessions, I will guide you to connect with where you are today, explore the tangle of unlimited possibilities ahead and create accountability to take steps towards more.

I have 20 years corporate experience focused around data analytics, building big, powerful teams, optimising impact, developing talent, leading complex cross team and cross regional projects. I am most passionate about people bringing their authentic selves to work and supporting them to stretch beyond what they ever believed they could achieve.

...... What else? I am a mother of 3 gorgeous children, a dog owner, a member of a 200 person choir, an eternal yoga beginner, a mentor for many alumni, a university project supervisor and a very efficient napper.
