My coaching style is very intuitive and I believe you as my client are whole and have all the answers you need within. I am the facilitator of your growth. I think of every client as a beautiful and unique patchwork of experiences, values, beliefs and stories, and together we will uncover these, and bring the unconscious ones to light. Once these are understood, we can work together to align yourself with what is true for you, and then your behaviour and actions will naturally follow. We will look at what is holding you back from what you desire and what you can do to shift it.

My clients often find that the shifts they make in relationships and dating, have an unexpected ripple effect across their life, and how they view the world. I use tools that suit my clients depending on the way they see the world, for example if you are very visual or imaginative, you might like to use picture cards to find a particular perspective, and if you are wanting to tune into your body more, we would use somatic practice. Otherwise, we can talk things through in a safe and non judgemental space. I look forward to supporting you on your journey :)
