Affective Sexuality Well-being

I am a Life and Sex Coach and Sexologist, with a professional background in psychology, working from Panama and serving clients internationally in an online setting.

My work focuses on affective–sexual wellbeing, including identity, relationships, intimacy, communication, boundaries, and conscious decision-making. I support adults who want to better understand their relational and sexual experiences, address unmet needs or longings, and build healthier, more authentic ways of relating to themselves and others.
My approach is educational, reflective, and client-centered, grounded in evidence-based frameworks and ethical practice. I integrate coaching tools with sexological and psychological perspectives, while maintaining clear boundaries between coaching, education, and clinical care.

I work with individuals from diverse identities and cultural backgrounds and offer sessions in English and Spanish.
