Build a business that pays for your expertise—not your constant attention.

You don’t need more visibility. You need a business model that pays for your expertise.

I’m Erica Duran, a former Fortune 50 executive, business strategist, and creator of the Paid For Your Presence® Method.

I work with experienced coaches, consultants, course creators, and independent experts who are done working too hard inside business models that reward constant content, visibility, and performance.

My work is built around five pillars: Command, Captivate, Package, Convert, and Elevate.

Together, we clarify your positioning, strengthen your authority, package your expertise into premium offers, simplify how clients buy, and build systems that allow your business to grow without consuming your life.

I’ve spent more than 20 years studying how authority, positioning, systems, and decision-making actually work—from corporate environments and global brands including Disney, Hilton, Celebrity Cruises, Viking Cruises, RE/MAX, and UPS to building my own location-independent business.

Today, I combine that experience with advanced, applied AI through Soulful AI™—using AI as a creative accelerator for voice, messaging, and strategic execution, not as a substitute for your thinking.

The goal isn’t more noise. More content. Or more marketing work.

It’s a business structured so your expertise can do the heavy lifting—and your life doesn’t have to revolve around feeding the machine.

If your business feels unnecessarily complicated, your days are full but strangely unproductive, or revenue still depends too heavily on your constant presence, there’s likely a structural problem.

And it’s fixable.
