I know this from personal experience. I spent 14 years in a corporate job, doing what others said would make me successful. And I was successful, at least financially and professionally. But I was dissatisfied - unfulfilled and heavy in my body and soul. I knew I needed to make a change in order to be truly happy and healthy again. I found the courage, made a plan, quit my job, and started on the hard but exciting journey of finding my true purpose and building my best life.

My 1:1 coaching program first starts with discovering your Human Design. By understanding how you are made, you will be able to live a life of flow and ease. You will understand how to interact with the world and those around you. You will understand your gifts to be shared, your lessons to be learned, and your purpose in life.

After a deep dive into your design, we will discuss your dreams and desires and how we can achieve them together. We will create a plan, get organized, and set goals. Then we will create your best life: a life in alignment with your design where you fulfill your purpose and live out your dreams.
