Jeremy Messenger

Welcome to Better-Life Coaching! I’m so glad you’ve found your way to our practice, and you will be too! My name is Jeremy Messenger and I can’t wait to work with you! Life coaching is my passion and life’s work. We specialize in relationship coaching between partners and within family systems. Additionally, we have strengths in individual career coaching, healthy habit building, and problem solving. All of our guidance and coaching is evidence based! While life coaching is an art of its own, perfected through experience, I am also highly credentialed with an Associate’s degree in Human Services, a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, and currently studying to obtain licensure for clinical social work practice! Aside from this I have a history of working with myself as a tool to help others accomplish their short term/long term goals, and truly find and live their best lives!
