I am a trained coach (Coach U), working towards ACC certification.

My current business offers coaching to leaders in all sectors and at any level of an organization to help them find professional joy - and yes, I believe professional joy is a thing! I am also very happy to lean into life coaching, as this life is really all we have and it's so important to make the best of it! For example, I love to support women who want to succeed in the workforce without being consumed by their masculine energy. I am available to support individuals who are divorcing and/or learning to co-parent, because I believe the way in which these important life changes are navigated have a significant impact on our emotional and physical well-being. I am also often called to coach in areas such as conscious relating/communicating, relational polarity, and sexuality. I can also tap into spiritual tools such as astrology or human design in my coaching for anyone interested.
