Shenell Sarwon

I am a Licensed Therapist who has shifted to the world of Coaching to broaden my reach and allow my full innovation and Christian holistic approach to empower those I serve! I also have training in a powerful brain & body-based approach called Brainspotting that I use in my Coaching with you to support your healing and breakthrough in every area of your life! I have done my work so I won't 'spill over' into our work together. Our sessions are completely for you and I am honored to come alongside you in your journey!

Sometimes there's too much going on in life to just focus on one thing at a time! That's why I believe you don't have to. I take a holistic approach to support you, which means that I will help you explore relationship issues, navigate professional stressors or pursuits, and promote your desire for holistic wellness mentally, physically, and spiritually. I take a faith-based lens to the work I do and am capable of supporting you from a Christian perspective specifically if you share this faith and desire to incorporate this in the process.
